We're sure you'll love staying in our newly remodeled cottage located "on the hill" in Saugatuck, Michigan. The house sits on a large lot overlooking a nature preserve and we are only a few short minutes from Lake Michigan beaches, art galleries, shopping, golf, and much more.

Spear Street House information and policies:

DEPOSIT
A $200 deposit is required within one week of scheduling. If you need to cancel, we will gladly refund the $200 if we can rebook the dates you reserved.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT
A $200 security deposit is required and will be refunded within 7 days of departure providing there are no damages.

CHECK-IN/OUT
We rent from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM. We ask that you check-out by 10:00 AM. If you need to check-in sooner or stay later, contact us, sometimes we can be flexible.

REQUESTS
- Please do not smoke in the house or bring pets, some of our renters have allergies.
- Please do not bring more guests than the number you stated when booking.
- Please leave the cottage as clean as you found it.

MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION
The house is completely furnished and the kitchen has most common utensils. The house also has: free Wi'Fi, cable TV, DVD player, air conditioning, gas and charcoal grills, washer and dryer, dishwasher, and microwave oven.  We provide linens, bath towels, and beach towels.

RATES AND OWNER INFORMATION
September to May...$195 per night with a two night minimum; June...$225 per night with a two night minimum; July, August...$1600 per week. Weekly rates are also available September - June. Contact owners for more information and off season specials.
