We're sure you'll love staying in our cottage located "on the hill" in Saugatuck, Michigan. Only a few short minutes from Lake Michigan beaches, art galleries, shopping, golf, and much more.

Spear Street House information and policies:

DEPOSIT
A $100 deposit is required within one week of scheduling. If you need to cancel, we will gladly refund the $100 if we can rebook the dates you reserved.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT
A $200 security deposit is required and will be refunded within 7 days of departure providing there are no damages.

CHECK-IN/OUT
We rent from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM. We ask that you check-out by 10:00 AM. If you need to check-in sooner or stay later, contact us, sometimes we can be flexible.

REQUESTS
- Please do not smoke in the house or bring pets, some of our renters have allergies.
- Please do not bring more guests than the number you stated when booking.
- Please leave the cottage as clean as you found it.

MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION
The house is completely furnished and the kitchen has most common utensils. The house also has: cable TV, VCR, phone, air conditioning, gas grill, washer and dryer, dishwasher, and microwave oven.

RATES AND OWNER INFORMATION
Rates are $1250 per week and $185 per night (plus taxes) with a two night minimum.  Weekly rentals only during July and August.
